C. Ronaldo first started playing club soccer at the age of 8 for his first team, Andorinha. He was then picked up by a another team at the age of 10, CD Nacional he played there from 1995 to 1997. Finally, he moved clubs to one of the biggest teams in Portugal, Sporting Lisbon in 1997. C. Ronaldo played his first game for Sporting Lisbon against Moreirense and scored 2 goals. He also played for Portugal's U-17 team in the UEFA (Union of European Football Associations).
